The Weekend Workers

We all work from Monday to Friday mostly(Some unfortunate people work on Saturdays) and enjoy the Weekend. After 40 hours of scheduled working hours we look forward to the 2 most joyful days of the week. Mondays & Fridays are the 2 days of the week with extremely opposite work environment. After enjoying the weekend, coming to work on a Monday most of us feel lazy and cherish the memories of the good times spent & at the same time start counting the days left for Friday in anticipation. We are more interested in planning the next weekend instead of the actual week before that. Monday blues often lead to low productivity at least in the beginning hours for some. However, its a matter of perspective as some people are energized & fresh that the level of productivity at least for those individuals is above par. I always wonder the definition of a Weekend. Being from a BPO background working in flexible shifts is not something new to me. That's exactly the topic of my post today. A lot of industries like Retail for example do not provide the Traditional Weekends or some of them even give split offs(2 holidays a week but not at a stretch). As much as people hate to do this some advantages of Working on a Saturday/Sunday are also there. Working on a Weekend implies that you are free during two days in the week which is very useful when it comes to any kind of administrative or financial work. You don't have to take extra leaves for carrying out any government work or simple things like visiting your bank. The obvious disadvantages and the one that hurts the most is that while you're toiling hard at your workplace others are enjoying their weekend and all you can do is like there posts on Social networking sites. Work is something people seldom negotiate and after all it's their bread n butter. All I wanna say is that it's best that you make the most of it. Everyone doesn't get a chance to work and also complete your other important miscellaneous chores during official business days. If you concentrate on the positive aspect it will overshadow the negative effects of working on weekends. Most importantly you'll be at peace and that's all that practically matters. Fake Ads

Courtesy of a friend, I got the idea of today's blog post. "Olx pe bech de " is a phrase which is used more in FB trolls than anywhere else but what leaves me stunned is the level of pranks people play on such ad websites. I can give so many examples with actual links but I'm not here to promote any website(I'm not getting paid so y bother). I've seen instances of people putting pictures of obnoxious things like Superman's underwear,miraculous dead mosquitoes who cure swine flu, used condoms(I'm sorry but had to mention it),old stuffed toys and I could go on endlessly. I mean bhangar ka samaan is the limit. I have laughed a lot watching such ads on Social Networking platforms but the fact of the matter is that someone has a job of removing such useless crap. No doubt his work becomes fun but at the same time it diminishes his quality of work as well. What I fail to understand that people go to such extent and the level of creativity can very well be used for some productive use. Interestingly enough it has tempted me to post such ads at times but my conscience(Hope I spelled it correct) doesn't allow me as the thought of irritating someone is not something I'm a big fan(Friends can call me a hypocrite for this line). Besides I am too lazy on working on an idea which is in no way beneficial to me(This blog is a perfect example). Basically if people have so much spare time I have a million other options of having fun. Reading this blog is one of them(At least I hope so). I figure I've bored enough for today and then I need active readers as well. So God Bless and Prosper!!!

Reality Check!!!!

Whenever I think about life in the true sense of the term I get very serious and that's something very unlike my personality. Topics to blog is not something I have a shortage of but getting to put the ideas into words almost immediately is something I can't manage. Just switching channels and amidst the usual politics bollywood n cricket, I found an interesting sting which was only made to find out how the Indian youth treats their senior citizens. A setup created where in an elderly posed as cashier is having trouble making the bill due to a system issue. Young customer(24 yr guy) waits for sometime n loses cool asking questions about the elderly's employment. As the situation boils the onlookers get involved n try to cool off the situation by coaxing the young guy. A simple situation like this could've been handled in a very different way as there are various cashier counters available n instead of abusing the youth should be practical while handling such situations. Treating humans in a humane way doesn't require any special skills. For more information you can Google "What's your choice?"(Kya hai apki choice).
After all this gyan I just wanna mention that I actually had no idea while starting this post about what I'll be writing about but I guess that's how the human brain works. Meanwhile if someone is reading I would really appreciate some feedback or content if they wanna recommend. Waise bhi this is just something I wanna continue for my personal creative satisfaction(Ohh...strong words). Till we meet next time,  Keep Rocking n Never give up!!!!

Let's do this again.....I am back with my shitty thoughts about practically anything I feel like saying but most importantly things that matter to ME!!!!

What has changed since the last time..... I have matured(at least my age will say so) & also have lots to discuss and share with the world.

Proud owner of a new business but not here to promote the same.

 Okay so that has been taken care of......Meanwhile I'm still the stupid idiotic dumbass whizkid who would believe anything you tell with a smile on your face. I have some amazing group of friends who are reading this scared that i might name them. But as they know how crazy I am, I will eventually end up naming all of them. As you all are aware by now that this blog has nothing meaningful but just another way of taking my stress out in a productive fashion. Alongside enhancing my Vocabulary(Trust me Spell check enables you to remember correct spellings) & Social Networking skills.I also wanted to make sure that there is a medium besides Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & WhatsApp to voice out my opinion(Doesn't matter if it makes a difference but it matters that I tried).
So basically I am just bragging On & On about what you can expect from this blog. Although given my unpredictable nature & laziness, this could very well be my last post. Who knows if I offended someone already? I mean it's quite easy these days(Remember AIB!!!). Not that I'm creating a buzz but when someone gives a Disclaimer in Bold letters and KJo repeatedly makes it loud & clear repeatedly that this is extremely offensive you've got to believe him!!!! Anyways, it's none of my business. Looking forward to share some of my thoughts in future as well...Till then Pasta La Vista baby........!!!!!!(I was just hungry) :)
