Whenever I feel bored I just take off on a Journey without knowing the destination. Call me crazy(and some people do) but more often then not I end up at a beach or a park mostly because whenever we're stressed we look upon the Mother Nature to provide us with the calmness we're looking for. Peaceful divine beauty of Sunrise or just watching the greenery in a secluded area in the middle of city. The same places which I'm too busy to notice in a regular day look very fascinating just because I made the effort of stopping by and admiring the beauty. As simple as a tree during the autumn can create a view which makes us think about life from a different perspective. Sometimes stuff like these work a great deal in relaxing the mind than any form of yoga or other therapeutic methods(Assumption as I've not tried anything). Granted we all are too busy with our lives to do this everyday but whenever you feel like your life is getting too stressful just stop on any such place and take a deep breath. Frankly the place doesn't matter at all because spending time with yourself is the key here. The human brain has the capacity to explore millions of images without going anywhere. Just close your eyes and travel to your innermost core in your mind. You'll see amazing results and start believing in yourselves even more. This is something that I have seen people doing in their own ways on a daily basis. The reason it works out in your favour is because you're in total control and you choose the place which you love. It totally depends on you how you want to spend these few minutes which will rejuvenate your body and give you a kick start for anything that life is going to throw next as your challenge. Battery recharged and junk cleaned! If it works for you pass it on and spread the joy. If it doesn't then no harm just try something else.
